Ground floor only: Enters into a spacious entrance hallway with room for coats walking boots etc. To the left the hallway leads to a comfortable lounge dining area with two cosy sofas, flat screen TV and a separate kitchen with all modern conveniences. Off the hall to the right there is two bedrooms 1 x double room and 1 x bunk room. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath is also situated next to the bedrooms.
Exterior: Off-road parking at the front with small private garden with patio furniture and bbq area.

There is central heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. There is a washing machine. The lounge area has a flat screen digital freeview TV. There is free WiFi at the property. There is an iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional charge of £25 per dog per week, dogs must not be left unattended in the property and must be kept to hall, lounge kitchen area. Regrettably no smoking is allowed in side the property. There is off road parking for up to two cars.
